Soccer Speed and Agility Training in Cedar Park, TX

Move Better. React Faster. Play With More Confidence.

Net Positive Soccer offers specialized soccer training to enhance athlete development for players ages 10–18 in Cedar Park and the surrounding North Austin communities.

Soccer movement encompasses more than just running fast in a straight line. Athletes engage in training to accelerate, decelerate, stop in a controlled manner, change direction, recover, react, and execute technical actions as the game unfolds around them.

WHAT PLAYERS DEVELOP

• Balance, coordination, rhythm, and body control

• Running mechanics and athletic posture

• Short-distance acceleration

• Controlled deceleration and stopping

• Lateral movement, turning, and recovery steps

• Reaction speed and decision-making

• Movement with and without the ball

Training sessions progress from fundamental movement skills to advanced acceleration and stopping techniques, followed by changes of direction and game-like reactions. Each youth training session is tailored to accommodate the player’s age, ability, and soccer experience.

We prioritize efficient movement, consistent quality, and control as speed and difficulty increase. Individuals, small groups, and teams are all welcome to participate.

Control comes first, followed by speed, and then game action.
