Group Training: Recommended for Most Players

Group lessons are 1 hour long and designed for players who want to improve in a fun, challenging, game-like environment.

Why Group Lessons Work

Group lessons help players develop in a realistic, engaging way. Training with others creates more movement, more decision-making, and more opportunities to apply skills in live situations. Players improve technically, but they also learn how to use those skills at game speed.

Better Athletes. Better People.

Who Group Lessons Are For

Group lessons are a great fit for players who enjoy learning with other players, want more game-like training, and benefit from competition, teamwork, and repetition. They are especially helpful for friends, teammates, and siblings to train together and improve.
